  5. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 - 10 business days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized or personalized orders. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
