Can I cancel my ShosaQualiTees order?
You can cancel your ShosaQualiTees order within 24 hours of placing it, but only if the item has not been printed yet. After 24 hours, orders are sent to the warehouse for processing and shipping. It is unclear how to check if your order has been printed. Contact ShosaQualiTees for more information.
Cancellation of orders:
We cannot cancel your order once it's shipped. If you no longer need the product, please refuse delivery when it arrives. Once you receive the "Return to Origin" (RTO) tracking notification, please contact us. We will then issue a refund (discount coupon) after deducting shipping charges (Rs. 50 for half a kilogram for one way, Rs. 100 for both ways).
What If the Size of T-Shirt Is Bigger or Smaller Than What Is Mentioned in Size Chart?
We will do a free replacement if the size measurements do not match with dimensions mentioned in our size chart. Please note that there is a 4% error tolerance. If that happens, please take measurements of the t-shirt you received and send us a pic of it showing that on our WhatsApp handle at +91-738 – 924 - 8332 you can also mail us at shosaqualitees@gmail.com but it will only slow down the procedure.
What If I Didn’t Get My Order in the Committed Time Frame?
We strive to deliver all orders in 15 business days. Please note we can’t cancel and refund orders in case of delay due to reasons beyond our control like govt tax scan holds, natural calamities, or octroi issues, etc.
Notice – There is a possibility of slight variation in the design image especially with color's like neon, refund requests will be not accepted in case of slight variation in color's.
Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
In case of a return or exchange, you will receive a discount coupon for the product amount minus the following shipping charges:
- Rs. 50 per kilogram for the original delivery (from our warehouse to your address).
- Rs. 70 per kilogram for the return shipment (from your address to our warehouse).
Please inform us once your order has been picked up for return.
